The Coaching Pro course is the step to take for people who want to take on this profession seriously, to master the coaching conversation in different situations and contexts, to get ready to work successfully in the business world and access the PCC certification of the International Coach Federation.
Duration: 7 classroom days + 12 hours of teleclasses (total: 68) + 10 hours of individual mentor coaching. The course is run in 7 classroom days, one a month for 7 months, during which all the activities linked to the development of advanced coaching competencies and organisational competencies are tackled. The course also includes 12 teleclasses dedicated to the coach's personal growth (Personal Growth - Core) that will accompany the course participant in a path of personal transformation. In addition, each participant will receive 10 hours of Mentor coaching from a PCC certified coach (required for the PCC certification of the International Coach Federation). Target groupParticipants in the Coaching StartUp course ready to progress along their professional path; Coaches, managers and HR managers who have already attended a basic coaching course and who want to: develop in depth advanced coaching competencies, improve their capacities, experiment a transformational model of the coaching conversation. OR - - Degree or equivalent culture and proven professional experience.
- - Have followed coaching training of at least 60 hours or have ACC certification.
- - Passing the interview
FOR ALL - - Have run at least 50 documented hours of coaching
- - Have at least 2 active coachees
Course objectives To study in depth the competencies required for transformational coaching at the various levels of the coachee's awareness; To acquire familiarity with corporate coaching, its languages, its assessment tools, the systemic approach and the design of a coaching project. To position and launch your activity on the market. At the end of the course the participants: will have developed knowledge of the nature of change and transformation; will have the tools to identify their own level of awareness and that of the coachee; will acquire mastery of the Double Star Coaching Conversation Model to help the coachee transform his paradigms; will have developed advanced coaching competencies; will have developed in-depth understanding of the corporate world, organisational theories and HR management, the most common assessment instruments, how to plan and use coaching inside a company; may apply for PCC certification once requirements indicated by ICF have been met (for example, demonstrating having coached coachees for a total of 750 hours).
